757 Knight Street

Welcome to the 757 Knight Street, Milford, MI AirBnB Site.

This home is a one-story ranch built in between the 1940s and 1950s and has three bedrooms and one master bathroom that are all available for rent to AirBnB guests.  The whole home is not available for rent and the owner of the house lives on the premises in the basement.  

757 Knight Street is your our Home away from home while you are staying in the area! When you book one of the three rooms available, as a guest you get your own private room, and you also get full access to the family room, bathroom, and kitchen. Each of the rooms are private with their own locking coded doors and each room features a full bed, dressers, lamps, smart tv, floating desk/chair, and a closet for your clothing and personal items.

The home has very fast wifi available throughout the house and is more than adequate for working online, taking business and personal video meetings, conducting any work you need to do, and watching streaming videos.  I don't allow guests to use the internet service for online gaming, so please be mindful of this.

Parking is available on the street or in driveway. 

There is a free washer and dryer available for guests use in the basement, however I ask that guests talk to the host first before using the basement laundry to coordinate schedules for use.

This home is a shared home, which means that the onwer of the home lives here with his son and dog, and shares the rest of the residence with other guests through AirBnB.  Please understand that although the owner-host lives here, the home is set up primarily for guest use upstairs.  Guests will share the main bathroom, guests will share the family room, and guests will share the kitchen.  It is the responsibility of the guests to work together when they are here to use these areas respectfully, and the clean up after themselves when they use these areas within reason.  The host does clean the house daily when he is here and picks up after guests and takes care of the home and property.

Milford is an excellent location with restaurants, stores, parks, biking/running/kayaking!
